Our Training
In our fully autonomous environment, we prioritise supporting team members at all levels. We offer tailored training, including internal and external programmes, monthly refreshers, and access to resources like LinkedIn and Mind mental health training. As an experienced hire, we will customise your training plan through conversations with our Learning & Development team. This plan includes workshops, one-on-one sessions, mentorship, and support from external specialists.
