Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates in a dynamic and competitive market.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic plans for growth in your specialised market.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial interview to successful placement and beyond.
• Secure exciting new accounts and establish strong opportunities with both candidates and clients.
• Build your personal brand and grow your community within your market.

The Maltings, St. Albans

Salary Package:

£24,500 + Commission (OTE) + Fantastic Benefits

What We're Looking For:

🎓 Recent Graduate, eager to start your career in January 2025

💻 Hard-working, with the ability to thrive both independently and in a team

📰 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

💪 Strong drive, resilience, and determination to succeed

💬 Skilled at building relationships and rapport

🛍 Previous sales experience is desirable, with the ability to influence and engage
