Acceler8 Talent is on a hugely exciting mission and is one of the fastest growing specialist Technology recruitment consultancies in its sector, with brand new offices in Boston ready to help it scale with brand new talent.

Our continued success within the specialist Tech markets, including AI and Machine Acceleration market means we are looking for Recruitment / Talent Consultants to join our already incredibly high performing team. We are currently in an exciting phase of scale, having established a prominent position in the market over the past 17 years as a Group.

Due to our continued growth we are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join this hugely ambitious and already incredibly successful team, work closely with them and the hugely talented VP, helping to support the continued growth of their market and under the brilliant leadership of our managers.

Your contribution will have a direct impact on the success of the business but also where you'll enjoy incredible career and financial prospects.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING.....

• Helping with the candidate attraction strategy for key clients
• The ability to gain excellent commitment from potential clients and candidates
• Strong candidate management and candidate experience
• Agency/ job board management. Writing and managing high quality advertisements
• A passion for progressing and developing a long-term career in a fast moving sector

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE.....

• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter role
• Excellent candidate and client control skills
• Effective relationship-builder, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong administrative skills - extremely organised
• Team player, but can take on own responsibilities and prioritise workload
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of how to recruit high quality graduate
