Cedric joined our Java team in 2019 and has since specialised in software engineering in Java, Rust, Golang, and C++. His approach is to dedicate time to deeply understanding what motivates a person and what they truly need extracting the stress out of the interview process for both his clients and candidates. Cedric's favourite thing about his job is working alongside some truly gifted and driven people!
