Understanding Recruitment Group Hits A Huge Milestone!

We are delighted to have recently surpassed the milestone of 100 employees across our UK headquarters in St. Albans and our Acceler8 Talent office in Boston, US, as we continue to lead the way in specialist tech markets.

In July, Understanding Recruitment surpassed the landmark of 100 employees in the UK and US, as we continue to go from strength to strength as the recruitment partner of leading tech companies in specialist industries, including, Java, DevOps, Python, JavaScript, and other growing sectors.

As we become a team of over 100 and approach our 15th year in business, we reflect on a year of growth including milestones:

• Our highest billing month in the company’s history (over £2 million).
• Our Acceler8 Talent team firmly establishing itself in niche tech markets including Hardware Acceleration and Quantum Computing.
• We now boast one of the largest Java recruitment teams in the UK at 14 specialists.
• We ranked in the top six for ‘Best Small Companies to Work For in the UK’ in Q1 ‘Best Companies’ survey, in addition to being in the top seven rankings with ‘Best Recruitment Companies to Work For’ and ‘Best Companies to Work For – East of England’ rankings (more on that here!).
