Why did we decide on an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)

We are thrilled to announce that Understanding Recruitment is now an employee owned business! We have launched an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), marking a significant milestone for our company, as it reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive and rewarding culture where everyone has the opportunity to share in our success. The EOT will enable all of our employees to benefit financially from our growth and performance. Depending on their length of service and seniority, our employees may receive pay-outs ranging from six to seven-figures. This demonstrates our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our company, and reinforces our values of teamwork, transparency, and excellence.
