Starting salary: £24k ($50k) + up to 40% commission + benefits

James Hunt joined Understanding Recruitment in 2013 following a stint in hospitality. After 2 years he moved into management and started what was then the FinTech team. James was promoted to Associate Director after 8 years at Understanding Recruitment and then Director a year later, having helped build and grow multiple of our specialist teams.

Our Training
No experience? No problem! From day one, we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in recruitment. Monthly refreshers, Q&A sessions with top performers, and access to external training resources ensure your continuous development. Present your progress in the second month, followed by ongoing company-wide, classroom, and personalised training sessions.
